Sean Henrie

President & Director

A native of Salina, Utah, Sean Henrie graduated from Dixie High School in 1997. From January 1998 to January 2000, he served as a missionary in the Brasil Florianopolis Mission. During that time he developed a love for Brasil, especially the people, and Portuguese.

Sean began his career in May of 2001 with National Life Group. In October 2011 he and his business partner acquired Business Planning Group, a national third-party administrator, and provider of Qualified & Non-Qualified Employee and Executive Benefit Plans.

Sean believes deeply that family is central to living with purpose and fulfillment. He and his wife Krista made it a priority early on to sacrifice all necessary time and resources to the love, health, development & education and of their children. They currently have two in college, Dax and Kilee, the primary contributors to the writing of the High School to College Scholarship Guide™, and two children still in High School, one of which has skipped two grades and will graduate at the age of 16.

In 2019 after years of observing the many struggles of extended family members as they battled through high school never making it to college, he desired to build something that would empower each student at the beginning of high school with the foundation to qualify for college. And so began the journey that ultimately led to the formation of the High School to College Guide Foundation!
